I have a REMOTE opportunity as a Head of Customer Success SaaS
 in Dallas, TX. You will join an organization that's been known for creating back-end software specifically designed for tradesmen. Their platform helps these small businesses run efficiently, ensuring they can remain profitable and build legacies for their families.

Your role:

• Lead the charge in onboarding new clients and driving customer retention.

• Be proactive in managing customer churn, targeting a 2-2.5% reduction monthly.

• Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

• Develop a structured communication process to maintain strong, proactive relationships with customers.

• Play a pivotal role in optimizing processes as the company scales.

What you'll need:

• Leadership experience in a growing SaaS company, with an emphasis on customer success.

• A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit eager to bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for improving the customer experience.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and drive tangible results.
