Executive Assistant opportunity near Addison, TX to join an organization that is revolutionizing how service providers connect with reliable vendors. They are reshaping the referral landscape through their innovative platform. They’re seeking a skilled and dynamic professional to elevate their leadership by managing tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enabling management to focus on the bigger picture.
Your role:
• Serve as the backbone of the executive team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Set up and manage the company’s social media accounts to build brand presence.
• Assist with booking travel, managing appointments, and even picking up lunch when needed.
• Handle a range of administrative tasks, from coordinating meetings to creating PowerPoint presentations that shine.
• Work at an advanced level within the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel functions pivot tables, and PowerPoint presentation building.
• Navigate both reasonable and challenging requests with poise, setting boundaries when necessary, and never taking things personally.
What you'll need:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Solid experience in content writing and managing social media accounts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and personalities.
• A proactive, can-do attitude to help take tasks off management’s plates.
• SaaS experience is a nice-to-have, but not required.
