Senior Network Administrator - Join a Legacy of Innovation and Growth

Fort Worth, TX
Looking for an opportunity where your expertise in cybersecurity and network administration can drive real change? This role might be for you!

I have an ON-SITE opportunity in Fort Worth, TX, for a Senior Network Administrator to join an organization that is the third-largest player in their industry, with a casual, family-like environment. The dress code is jeans and t-shirts, but professionalism in your role is crucial. As they grow, they need a dedicated expert to focus on security and infrastructure, while benefiting from being part of a company that values long-term relationships and internal promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Join a small, tight-knit networking team to manage essential areas like server patches, replication, and backup management with SQL.
• Split your time between cybersecurity initiatives (SonicWall, SentinelOne, firewalls, ransomware) and server management (HyperV, network updates, and testing).
• Take ownership of the network, ensuring smooth operations even when leadership is unavailable.
• Help design and implement network projects, such as VLAN setups, and take part in hands-on troubleshooting for internal systems.
• Pitch and lead forward-thinking network improvement ideas. You’ll have the freedom to explore new technologies and bring your solutions to life.

What You’ll Bring:
• Expertise in SonicWall, SentinelOne, HyperV, firewalls, and cybersecurity, especially in preventing ransomware attacks.
• Solid experience in network infrastructure management, server patches, replication, and backups.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a plus, especially if you’ve worked in environments with complex, large-scale networks.
• Independence and leadership potential—this role could lead to managing the team down the line.

Perks and Benefits:
• Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000 depending on your experience.
• Generous PTO.
• Paid Holidays (including major holidays).
• Medical, Dental, and Vision plans with low premiums and 65% deductible reimbursement.
• 401k
• $1,000 annual tuition reimbursement for professional development.
• Additional benefits like Life Insurance, Accident Plans, and Legal Assistance
• Career Growth: The company promotes from within and offers long-term career development opportunities.

On-Site Role: This position is based on-site in North Fort Worth, as hands-on work with the network infrastructure is essential. While network upgrades may occasionally require after-hours work, you’ll have the flexibility to adjust your schedule with compensatory time off.

Our client loves investing in technology and their people, and this role will provide you with the opportunity to lead and grow within a well-established, financially secure company. If you’re looking for a role where you can make a tangible impact and be part of a close-knit, forward-thinking team, apply now!
