Your Role:
• Lead the development of a multi-tenant SaaS platform using Ruby on Rails.
• Play a key part in exciting projects like migrating the main site from Vue to Hotwire, enhancing automated scheduling, and exploring AI-driven predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with a hands-off team that trusts your expertise and empowers you to make decisions.
• Take full ownership of your code – from design to deployment – ensuring a seamless, scalable product.
What You’ll Need:
• Strong Ruby on Rails development experience, coupled with AWS and Agile knowledge.
• Previous work in a multi-tenant SaaS environment, with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Familiarity with regression testing, JavaScript, and Vue is a plus.
• You’re an independent thinker who’s comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up culture. You don’t wait for instructions – you make things happen.
