Your Role:

• Migrating the company’s website from Vue to Hotwire.
• Improving inventory management, automated scheduling, and dispatch systems.
• Working toward predictive analytics and AI.
• Building a multi-tenant SaaS application in an Agile environment.
• Your voice will be heard here – this company values ideas over hierarchy, and they want developers who aren’t afraid to speak up, fix problems, and take ownership.

Key Skills:
• Ruby on Rails development experience.
• Knowledge of AWS and Agile environments.
• Ability to lead and work independently, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Regression Testing experience.
