You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting the visual and interactive experience that defines the success of countless businesses. Your Role:
• Design and implement modular front-end components using HTML and CSS for seamless integration with development projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating complex design ideas into smooth, user-centric interfaces.
• Contribute to design discussions, ensuring optimal user experience and aligning UX decisions with overall business goals.
• Leverage frameworks like Tailwind CSS and Flowbite to enhance development speed and efficiency.
• Act as a key voice in the UX process, providing feedback and suggestions to drive innovation and improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• An eye for detail and a passion for creating elegant, user-friendly designs.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, or familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, or Node is a plus but not a requirement.
• A front-end enthusiast who is eager to grow in the UI/UX space, with a long-term vision for personal and professional development.

• Competitive base salary: $80,000-$115,000, commensurate with experience.
