I have a REMOTE opportunity near Irving, TX, for a UI/UX Engineer to join an organization that is transforming how small and medium-sized trade businesses operate, helping them increase profitability and success through their innovative software platform.

You’ll be joining a team where your work truly matters, building products that directly impact the livelihoods of small businesses across America. You'll create intuitive, functional front-end libraries in HTML and CSS, working alongside a dynamic and passionate team. This could be your perfect fit if you desire to help others succeed and love writing clean, efficient code.

Your Role:
•  Develop plug-and-play front-end libraries in HTML and CSS for the development team.
•  Collaborate closely with the design team to code front-end designs and spot logical inconsistencies.
•  Provide design suggestions when necessary, ensuring the UX is intuitive and smooth.
•  Work with Tailwind CSS and Flowbite as key frameworks.
•  Offer input on design decisions during team discussions, making sure the UI/UX strategy aligns with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:
•  Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
•  A basic eye for design with the ability to think logically and strategically about user experience.
•  Experience with Ruby on Rails or exposure to React, Angular, or Node is a plus but not required.
•  You should feel comfortable working on front-end tasks, but with a mindset geared towards long-term growth in UI/UX.
