Sr. Systems Administrator - Shape the Future of Travel Safety Technology

Your role:
•  Lead the planning and design of systems infrastructure, monitor performance, and suggest improvements.
•  Set up, configure, and maintain IT systems, including SANs, servers, firewalls, hypervisors, and data protection appliances.
•  Provide leadership and guidance to other administrators and engineers, ensuring that IT systems are operating at peak efficiency.
•  Manage the provisioning of new servers, maintain internal IT documentation, and assist in creating a technical knowledge base.
•  Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues, support backup infrastructure, and contribute to continuous system improvements.
•  Report on network and IT service performance, maintain technical knowledge through training, and provide emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule.

What you’ll need:
•  Over 10 years of experience in systems/network administration on Windows Server platforms.
•  Expert knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, the MS Office Suite, and intermediate knowledge of network design.
•  Strong experience with Linux, Windows, WAN/LAN, Exchange, Office365, Active Directory, VOIP, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS or Azure).
•  Proven ability to think outside the box and solve complex problems.
•  Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
