I have an ON-SITE Lead Systems Administrator opportunity near Irving, TX for an organization that is seeking a skilled professional to take charge of their IT infrastructure. Your role:
•  Lead the design and management of complex IT systems infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
•  Oversee and support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers, firewalls, SANs, hypervisors, and data protection systems.
•  Mentor and provide direction to a growing team of systems administrators and engineers, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
•  Manage server provisioning, monitor network performance, and ensure documentation of all IT processes and systems.
•  Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, making recommendations for upgrades, system improvements, and innovations.
•  Serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting critical issues, leading emergency response, and managing backup systems to ensure business continuity.

What you’ll need:
•  10+ years of experience in systems/network administration with a focus on Windows Server platforms.
•  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, MS Office Suite, and experience with network architecture.
•  Experience with Linux, Windows, Exchange, Office365, Active Directory, VOIP, and Cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
•  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
•  Excellent leadership abilities, with a proven track record of guiding teams through complex IT challenges.
•  The ability to balance day-to-day tasks with long-term strategic planning and system design.
